Meet Nick

As a Realtor/Broker who joined ENC Pirate Realty in November 2025, I bring a unique blend of deep local roots and specialized market experience to the Inner Banks region. With a proven track record of successfully guiding many buyers to the closing table since 2017, I have the established expertise needed to help you achieve your real estate goals. I was born in New Bern and grew up in Greenville, giving me firsthand insight into the communities and waterways of Pitt, Beaufort, Martin, Lenoir, Greene, and Craven counties.

My professional focus is on coastal property and the Inner Banks lifestyle, a passion rooted in my personal life as an avid boater and kayaker. Having previously managed properties along the Outer Banks, I returned to the mainland with a specialized understanding of both the complexities and unique value of coastal ownership. My goal is to serve as your knowledgeable guide in finding a property that perfectly supports your vision for life in Eastern North Carolina.

Real estate is about community, and I am proud to be actively involved at Trinity Methodist Church in Belhaven, NC. Outside of work, you can often find me exploring the diverse landscapes of North Carolina, enjoying the beautiful ENC waterways (and hoping to get more into fishing!), or cheering on the boats at the Big Rock tournament in Morehead City. My loyal companion is my Chorkie, Nigel, who keeps me grounded and ready for the next adventure.
